::Filled up the application form , got a confirmation from the agent at Quinovic Kent Terrance that we can move into our apartment at 44 Ellice Street on Wednesday, Just before the day of move started ignoring calls and then answer our call on Wednesday telling us that we cant move into this place as it has been allocated to someone else. We were homeless for 3 weeks. Worst every Property Management.

::We have had few good experiences with Quinovic Kent Terrace, though apparently this is not true of all subsidiaries of Quinovic. Notably, being three minutes late to view a property is grounds to not see it at all. We have also heard from renters who lease from Quinovic Kent Terrace that communication is slow and arduous, issues are not addressed, and treatment is questionable. One tenant told a story about paying a large letting fee for new carpet and curtains, finding no new carpet and curtains on the move-in date, but an ant nest instead. There was mold on the ceiling which had never been dealt with, it was clear the property had not been basically cared for. The best thing I can say about Quinovic Kent Terrace is that the properties they manage are not actively on fire.
