::I was visiting my friend today. A staff asked her if she wanted coffee, she didn’t but she asked me if I wanted coffee so I asked the staff I can have one. She replied “No, I am asking her,” I was quite angry at this response. Very bad service, and very rude staff. I wouldn’t want to come back

::Couldn't get in touch with medical staff, we were very concerned about a patient who had lost her ability to move/communicate and was suddenly in a very intense relationship with a man 40 years her senior (who wanted to be her financial POA). We questioned how they has confirmed whether the patient had consented when she had not seen a doctor or been declared competent. Suddenly the staff we very interested in her care. We also learned that the staff had been telling the patient their sob stories so that the patient would gift them hundreds of dollars. This is not how you look after vulnerable people .
