  I live in a house next to a house that Ray White manages. This house is poorly managed as they tend to rent it out to groups of young 20 something party people that don't work and party heavily. Ray White personally promised me in writing that this tenancy would end on a certain date, this was a lie and they decided to keep the partying youths on. Ray White are very focused on money, they don't care about people and cause considerable public nuisance in the Ponsonby area, it is a well known and discussed issue in the community. I urge anyone considering property management to use another company if you care about who is in your property and your relationship with surrounding neighbours.

  I used to rent the room in the house that is next the party house on Summer Street that Ray White 'manage'. I left that accommodation because the tenants at the Summer Street Party house played base music all night, and all day. Constant yelling and screaming, lots of abusive stuff. The smell of marijuana always wafting in the air. Ray White were really uncooperative, and totally lacked empathy for our situation. All they care about is money. Unethical property management.

  Robyn has heart. Pure and simple. I knew the successful sale of my house at a number that made sense for me was personally important to her. She was proactive in finding potential customers in non-standard places, and was hugely accommodating in helping me navigate the more difficult elements of managing my house sale. She is wonderful.
