  I put ray white(catherine bell) in charge of managing my house when i moved to australia. My neighbour rang and told me that there many disturbances coming from my house with the local president of a prominent maori gang & his family now residing in my property. i confronted the agent. Her reply was that it was the gang members wife that applied, and even though she was covered in tattoos, she(the agent) wasn't allowed to discriminate!! I told her i wanted her to fix the problem, terminate their lease, and find decent tenants, at which point, the agent said she didn't want to look after the residence anymore....and stood down as agent. beware!
