::My wife and I worked with Adam Humphris in the purchase of our house. Adam was able to work with us quite well. We had many weird requests, a long list of homes to sort through and weird work hours. I appreciated that Adam worked for us by giving us hints on what to keep in mind when purchasing a house, willingness to complete a sale when the listing was with a different agency and meeting us after normal working hours. My overall impression of Ray White has improved, and I would be more than happy to work with Adam in the future.

::The advertisement posted by this agency in an ad for house sale was misleading, where roofing made out of asbestos cement sheets was described as "concrete tiles". It's inconceivable that anyone regularly dealing in property sales would make such a basic mistake. The fact that the photos in the ads didn't contain any clear photos of the roof also indicated to me that there was an attempt to mislead. I would have needed to resort to legal actions if the matter wasn't settled with the vendor through a full roof replacement (which dragged on for 3 months after settlement).
