  Shocking customer service, careful when ordering especially to be delivered cause they'll happy chuck extra charges (up to $100) with out letting you know after you've already paid for product and delivery. And then scorn you for their mistakes. 0/10 would not recommend 👎👎

  I shopped at the Whangarei Red Cross shop today and have Never been served by such a rude, inconsiderate old bag of a woman in my Life! (older, maybe 70ish, glasses, short brown hair - crap attitude!!) There is a ramp in the front window of the store and the children's toys that are for sale are next to this ramp. My 2 and 4 year olds (being children) sat on the ramp and I was rudely informed to 'take my child off'. I was then told to 'grow up' when I suggested that maybe it wasn't very smart to sell children's toys next to something kids will clearly want to play on (doesn't take a genius to figure that one out!) The woman was lucky I didn't have more to say and I would hope that you don't find it acceptable to have volunteers that have such poor customer service skills!!! I will also be taking this further and contacting the Red Cross head office. There was NO need to be so rude and as a VERY avid op shopper, I will have no qualms in letting people know what this particular store is like!
