  Loved this place. Would have given it 5 star. Except that they told a bus that was picking us up that we were not guests there. I had to make other arrangements. We missed out on part of the night.

  Lovely place to stay if your going with family, especially with kids. There are a wide range of amenities available for free like swimming pool, gym, tennis, mini golf, two barbeque stations that you are free to use. They also have a huge collection of DVDs that you can borrow and watch in your room and bikes if you want to go for a ride. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in the two room apartment, the kitchenette had all the essentials except for kitchen scissors. The bathroom had a gorgeous jacuzzi pool that could fit a dozen. :P however the location is next to a geyser because of which it always smells of sulphur (read rotten eggs) . Also the hotel is centrally located, so very easy to get around rotorua. :)

  Good spacious room. Large bathroom with amazing bathtub. We were here for 2 days. Very peaceful place. We were allowed to checkout 2 hrs late without much hassle.

  I agree with others that this is not a true 5 star resort but has a great pool, nice spa pool in the room and is clean and comfortable. In my view the prices are high but not unreasonable. Fenton Street is hotel alley and theives know about the opportunities there but the units are secure and there are signs warning visitors to be security conscious.

  This is good accomodation. Spacious, simply but nicely decorated, well equipped and a good location with a straight run to the city centre, a few minutes drive away. Very clean and well served. Would definitely stay again.
