::I needed a taxi for a 5.8 km trip in Wellington. I called Regency for a quote and was told my fare would be around $20 but I was charged $50. My friend whose house I was leaving from told me she had never heard of anyone being charged over $25 for the trip. I have called the numerous times to file a complaint. My details were taken but no one ever got back to me. It has been well over 1.5 weeks. I would rather walk then ride with them again.
