::fit for life personal trainer and bootcamp. wicked trainers and bootcamp, absolutely no free ride here. you get what you pay for. no holiday here. you want to lose it, you work for it. fantastic. the ptrainers are tough as they may be but always remind you what is it you want to achieve. That attitude you have to be kind to be cruel. It works for me because I won a couple of comps Body for life and $5000 with this trainer about 5 years ago and have continued with them because of that attitude and the belief in their therapy. Good will only come from yourself and what you're prepared to put in.
