::Had a devastated international student with a single device (iPhone 5). Locked up and thought it was the end. Repair Plus fixed it in about half an hour for $60. Two days later it was dropped and the glass smashed with only 3 hours before flight to Spain. No problem, the lady said. $100 and half an hour later the phone is like a new one. Great service. Very reasonable charges. Saved a student's social life.

::Buyer Beware of products check before leaving the shop. I brought a screen protector pack that contain 2 screen protector, 1 application card and 1 cloth, however this was not the case. I had received 1 screen protector and a cloth. I made contact with the sale person by phone who try to say that all the products sold in the store there is only 1 protector in each package. I believe that statement to be correct however my product clearly states 2, and this is written 3 times all over the package. So to no solution and being disconnected when asked to speak to the manager I was told I was being a difficult customer. In this country 2 in a pack means 2, not one, sale person in this store needs to learn New Zealand retail standards. Heading into the store and facing the sale person, I request the sale person name and the name of her manager, I was advised again that the products in the store were 1 protector to package, again in English on my package it state 2. Knowing that this was not going to be forthcoming I requested for a refund. I was told no and that she wanted product now, i said fine ill leave it right her on the counter as longer as you get my refund. However she try to reach for the package I quickly retain the product and said please i want to get out of your shop give back your false advertise product and let it be the end of it. Sale person wanted to lecture me about the product and was trying to hold back my money and make a play the product. In the end she called the centre manager which was music to my ears. I decide to wait outside the entrance of the store and was told that I could not leave the store, again sale person needs to learn New Zealand retail standards. CM from the mall, who I had contacted earlier, knew of the case, and after showing her the product we went back into the store. After being question about the product the sale person made out that this was the first time she had seen the product, and again stated the all products in the store there is 1. Ummmmmmmm......In the end I finally received the refund thanks to the wonderful marilyn. Like the previous reviews. Buyer beware.

::BEWARE. Worst shop ever. Enter at your own risk. Basically went to this shop for getting my cracked screen repaired. Sequence of events unfolded was an absolute nightmare. The lady in the store received my phone and said it would take two days for the screen to be repaired. Second day morning a guy called me in the morning saying the courier from NZ Post has damaged the new screen to be delivered so it will take one more day. I was still "okay" with it. Received the phone on a Friday evening after 3 days hoping it is fine (costed 200$ - 180 plus screen protection 15 bucks). On a Friday evening, tried using the pay-wave using the NFC in the phone and did not work at this moment. Went back to them the next day morning and gave them the phone. The lady said she would ask the technician to look into it. Imagine the time taken?? 1 week. Fine hoping i get the feature back as i rely heavily on pay-wave for the banking transactions i make. To my disappointment it did not. The technician tried passing the buck saying it could be due to the screen crash or it could have stopped working when i dropped the phone. I tested that the Pay-wave was working before i gave them so i was certain that the screen damage has got nothing to do with it. All this time when i try to follow up with the technician on this he would say DO NOT pressurize me as I charge 50$ an hour for work and I am only "helping" you. The next week went to the shop on a Tuesday evening. The technician tried to sell me another phone which is of a lower value than mine. I had literally no energy or time to keep waiting after 2 weeks. Had to walk away with my old phone (non - NFC working) 200$ dollar unworthy service.
