  I came in on a sunday arvo needing a towbar for the truck. Very helpful guy across the counter was most helpful, walking me through options and even lending tools to fit the one I bought. Excellent, friendly and professional customer service. Thoroughly impressed. Big thumbs up from an Aucklander.

  On my way to the motorbike racing via Auckland and my bike battery died. The staff were fantastic (didn't get the name of the bloke that served me but he needs a pay rise). Bike batteries come in some weird and wonderful sizes. He took the time to search one out that did the job and I was soon on my way. Thanks.
