  The staff seemed to have a reasonable amount of knowledge about their products but lacked in professional etiquette. Renovating a house including arranging a painting work was a stressful process. A young blonde male staff and another young female staff with brunette hair came across unprofessional and immature as too distracted gossiping behind the counter and giggling. We approached them for help but caught them actually rolling their eyes with classic signs of passive aggressive behaviour when our family needed to be listened sincerely and assisted. Very unpleasant!

  Went to Resene Thorndon today. Had no idea as to what I needed to restore and paint my bathroom windows. After walking into the store, I was immediately approached and asked if I required any help. At first I was a little skeptical as the young lady seemed "too young" to know or care about paints. Never just a book. This young lady was fantastic. I bought everything I needed. Will be recommending to friends and family to purchase their paints at Thorndon.

  The guy really helped me heaps with finding just the right colour, I really appreciated all his effort ^_^
