::The Lesbian looking Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. Thinks She knows everything but doesn't. Every things a effort.
Ailsa Scott
::Always had great service by my own Dr Zarifeh and the receptionists and nurses. Even when my little one was sick and they had to call an ambulance they kept us in the nurses room and took care of us. They always try to fit us in with another Dr when they can and are very accommodating. Denise at reception has always been very friendly and helpful when we joined. I'm guessing its the not easiest job when you have sick and worried patients calling for appointments and cant get in. I can understand when people get frustrated. but to be fair at my Dr's in the UK we had to wait minimum a week for an appointment, usually more.

::My old family doctor retired and I inherited Dr Jeffries. Every time I see her her diagnosis is fast and always right on the money. She prescribes or advises the right medication, if I need it, every time. I have total confidence in Dr Jeffries and in this centre.

::After having to put up with the rudeness for the last 10 years of coming here, and seeing that I never get to book in to see my GP anyway, happy to say after this appointment I will never want to set foot in here again. If the receptionist isn’t happy to work here then maybe considering another job rather than being snarky at patient. Got told that I was being extremely late when I had to pull my phone out to show her the reiminder text.

::Very disappointing to have a nurse be rude, then hang up on you when you mention it is unacceptable behaviour! The nursing Code of Conduct states that respect "is a fundamental requirement of professional nursing relationships and ethical conduct" - maybe time for a refresher in this?! It only marginally tops the time the nurse told me to Google solutions for a medical issue I was having. So incredibly unhelpful. Such a shame, as doctors at the clinic are fantastic.
