::Would give a zero if i could. Had the worst cut today. Asked for a straight super blunt cut. Same cut i always get. Ended up with one side rounded and noticably shorter than the other side which was blunt cut and straight. After telling me repeatedly that my hair was even, the stylist finally agreed to have another employee come and have a look. At this stage the other stylist made an attempt to even out the front of my hair, however he said he could not fix the rounded side without taking any more length off, which he didnt want to do (as my hair had already been cut shorter than discussed.) I am left with hair that is reasonably even in length, however one side is blunt and straight with zero shaping - exactly what i asked for, with the other side still curving upwards around the front. Its rather hard to describe it, as I clearly am not an expert but then again neither was the lady who cut my hair it would seem. Definately not a $93 haircut! Im guessing the lady was brand new to the industry and she was nice enough but im really disappointed I was charged basically $100 for this haircut that is clearly not up to standard. Could have at least comp'd my haircut seen as I am a regular client. I guess loyalty doesn't mean much these days.

::had an amazing experience with hair dresser called Vira- she listened, made me feel valued, took great care with colouring and I had NIL colour spots on my skin/forehead..had the best blow wave and my hair looked sleek and shiny and most important of all I felt like I floated out of the hair salon- Vira is one of those Hairdressers you feel like following wherever she goes..Good work RW on hiring her..She is a great asset and because of her I will come again and again. All your staff are excellent
