  It is a well maintained apartment in a very nice area. It is a very good place for families to stay. Pak'n save supermarket and countdown near by makes it easier to buy groceries to cook your own meal. I found the place very comfortable to stay.

  Great location, 10 minutes to either town or aiport on the main bus routes. Perfect for self catering, supermarkets only 2 minutes walk away. Immaculately clean, and well equiped. Fabulous service from Andreas the manager, couldn't be any better. Seven of us mums and girls went for a mothers day weekend, we all had a fantastic stay, thank you so much.

  Spot on. Beautifully maintained modern apartments that were spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Not too far from the airport and yet not too close, and a quick drive into the city centre. Oh, and right near the Oriental Bay cafe scene, as well as Lyall Bay surf beach. Pretty good deal price-wise, and the property manager, Andreas, is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  All I can say is 'Flippin' - Flippin Awesome! Flippin awesome premises. Flippin excellent price. We were flippin looked after. Very tidy and very up-market facilities. Everything was there. Andreas was a pleasure to deal with. Next time we need to be in Wellington overnight, they'll be our first choice.
