::I continuously have to pay for multiple appointments just to see a doctor because of the mistakes made by this place, it’s costing me literally hundreds of dollars, my Health concerns still aren’t fixed and I need my antibiotics!i have called maybe about 5 times to follow up as the doctor is supposed to book my second appointment, still no news, all I get told is they’ll get back to me and they don’t. (I have to see them again because of their mistake with a prescription) No one listens or tries to make up for the errors made. It’s extremely frustrating and overall just sad. My Heath and well-being shouldn’t be a joke but it certainly is to this place. I’m disappointed and really upset. Simply just not acceptable.

::Phoned in Saturday to make an appointment with my regular Doctor. Was abruptly told that this wasn't my Doctor. Informed the receptionist that I felt very unwell and I believed I had a lung infection. When I asked to speak to the Practice Manager; the receptionist didn't know what that meant. Upon asking for redress; I was told 'pls don't talk to me like that I am a person then they put the ph down. Made one further attempt; when I tried to get some satisfaction by noting that the call was recorded; the issue of her ego was further addressed by the receptionist and she switched the call to hearing music. I then struggled to A and E and upon undertaking an x-ray; it was found that I had a lung infection. Thank goodness I had the foresight to go to A and E and not just abandon the issue. Totally inappropriate for a medical practice; not to mention possibly life threatening.

::My Dr wasn't available so requested any Dr. The one who treated me was excellent, really professional and helpful. I had to Google Dr as I never used him before. All the Drs I've had over the decades have been amazing. Reception has changed polite and inviting. Nice new premises.

::I find booking through manage my health app much easier than trying to get an appointment via ph. The new location has a significantly improved parking area. The new premises also has an on-site cafe. This new premises has an amazing lot of sun and when visiting both the Dr and Nurse midwinter I felt extremely hot. Wear layers So you can regulate your temperature. The service provided by both Dr and Nurse is always professional and caring.
