  The place is comfortable and handy, we can go to the shopping centre in 5 mins, nice back yard. The staff are nice and you will be offered a bottle of milk for your morning coffee. However, it must be something mistake on the day we check in, the bathroom was not ready for us. For example, there is no issue except just the rubbish in the tissue box, shower gel was problem and rubbish bin is very tiny like a cup. Additional, there are no window in the room just a front door and a back door. That night after dinner we had to call manager night shift to fix them around 11pm or midnight. Well, Thank you for coming though.

  Clean adequate and would normally have been great, but there was no air con on a very humid warm night. Very pleasant hosts.

  Me&wendy stayed at this motel &the service is excellent I recommend Roselands motel in tauranga to anybody who wants and enjoyable stay thank you mai&Michael you made our holiday fantastic handy to the city only 10 minutes walk in to the city
