  Good budget accommodation, cleanliness could be improved and beds not comfortable. But you pay for what you get.

  Lovely place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer... Went over in Dec & stayed in a self contained unit. Staff were extremely happy, helpful people, location is great (DOESN'T STINK OF SULPHUR!!). Accommodation was very plentiful for 2-3 ppl, only negative is the hot water... there was none.

  Wouldn't really recommend it. Not that great compared to other holiday parks not welcoming were told kids could not play on the park with open gate entries because the open gate playground by the rd was apparently for kids 5 and under but my kids were 10.uncomftable beds are so hard and cheap have to pay extra for kids even after paying for a room suitable to fit 6 people.the pool was dirty closed and unavailable for use you had to pay extra to have use of spa even though for a family with 10 year olds there was nothing for them to do there except for the playground which owner kept trying to kick them out of.gamesroom was extremely outdated old and Musty furniture. I can't say I enjoyed our stay due to these multiple disadvantages have stayed in holiday parks all across nz this one was honestly the least accomadating of all.

  I give this place 5 stars NOT because it's posh as in THE 5 star places but because it is very clean tidy and awesome owners . make you welcome and feel at home. kid friendly
