  We entered through the gate on Waiheke rd and had a nice walk through the forest paths. The gate is easy to miss, but you can take the walking track up from the east end of the beach.

  The density of trees kept us dry even when the rain was pouring.If this is the reason that you come to this island, you probably would be disappointed

  Up above the trees Heaps of bird life .Quite peaceful place love it.

  This is one of the entry into the Onetangi Reserve. It's a short walk from the last bus station at Onetangi.
