  Tanja from the Royal Icing Academy created our beautiful and delicious wedding cake, this March. Tanja met with us to discuss what sort of vibe and colours we wanted, to suit our theme. The end result was a three-tiered amazingly-decorated cake - with three flavours (carrot, salted caramel/chocolate, and red velvet). We had so many comments from our guests who thought the cake tasted, and looked, incredible. We look forward to eating more of it as we pull it out from the freezer over the next year. Thank you!
