  Spoke to the Manager, Leighton, who was empathetic and very helpful after my child had a bad experience on a Runciman's operated bus. Thank you Leighton, however, a bus company operating on behalf of the Ministry of Education is obliged to provide a better quality of service including clearly numbered buses, drivers who show a level of respect for their customers and easy access to information through a website or a facebook page. The two stars are only down to the courtesy shown by Leighton.

  No one answers the phone, you cannot leave a message and there is no website for information about school buses or even a facebook page. How can we get information on buses? Please bring your business into the 21st Century!

  Whitemans Valley bus driver is awful. Thinks stop signs don't apply to him. Almost forced a Ute into a head on crash with another oncoming bus. Angry and drives off on students he dislikes.
