  Paul was extremely helpful and fixed our grey water pipe which had been chewed by mice. the fix he did made it much better than before and at a fair price. would recommend.

  The Dream Team, well what can U say any one who has butter chicken for breaky, lunch, & dinner all at the same time, late afternoon, because they are so busy looking after customers ,.are simply the best, not to mention that their work it's number 1, go the team, & thanks Jason.

  These guys are too busy to care about the small jobs. I have had my worst customer service experience here in years. Took my 3-way camping fridge in for a repair to the gas igniter and to fix an issue with blowing the car fuse when connected to 12volt. They fixed the gas issue, but as soon as I got it home it blew the fuse when on 12v again. I called and they said they could not reproduce the 12v issue. My first response - why did they not tell me this when I picked the fridge up - I thought I paid for both the gas & the 12v issue to be fixed. So I returned the fridge - this was around March-April 2017. I then forgot about it, as apparently did they. When I went to load up the car for a camping trip in October I noticed the fridge was not there. So I called RV Dreams, and they had the fridge but it had not been looked at, and it would be another week before it would as they were busy. I suggested that perhaps it should have reached the front of the queue by now. When I finally got the fridge back (November) it was in far worse condition than when I sent it. The fridge came back with these issues: * one missing foot * cracked lower corner, as if it had been dropped. * screws missing * the small bolts in the top left housing that holds down the lid were just sitting in their holes - no nuts attached, so the lid could not seal. I immediately called RV Dreams and to relay my disgust. They asked me to return the fridge, which I refused to do as by this point I do not trust their work. The person I spoke with took my details and said the manager/owner would call me - and that did not happen. So I made up my own foot, bought new bolts & screws and properly assembled it. Unfortunately my brother cut his foot on the cracked corner on our latest camping trip. All up a pitiful experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting either a quality job or a job done in a timely manner.

  what a wonderful place. we stopped here with our campervan we rented when the water stopped working. they replaced the pump quickly. also stopped back again when water stopped again. the owner was really nice and stayed late for us. ended up just needing more water. oops!
