  I have been seeing Sam for a number of years, initially at her Arrowtown premise when I lived in the Southern Lakes. I now live in London but whenever I come home, she is at the top of the list for me to visit, whether at her Auckland clinic or the Arrowtown one. She has an amazing package called SAS time which you should definitely book with her or her expert team - it's great value for money and she provides the exact treatments that you need. Her massages and facials are always a treat and she definitely knows how to look after your brows or do a quick and fairly pain free wax. She also has a product called 'Magic Balm' which she has developed herself and it truly is magic! I always make sure to travel with it, you can use it for hydrating your skin, lip balm, for cuts burns or abrasions - i use it for anything. It smells delightful and works a treat for your skin. I have recommended a bunch of friends to use her services as well and they're also well on the way to becoming lifelong clients.
