::Wow! This place is gentle and amazing. It was built by an exserviceman from the second world war. He has made a wonderful heritage looking family run motel and heritage rooms in the house. It really is a must stay at Dunedin. The owner and dog played happily with my dog... It's vibe was so gentle and lovely that my travel buddy and I put on a free breakfast for a beautiful young girl and her family who was attending hospital for a blood transfusion. The blessing was all ours as this little girl was welcomed and treasured by Barry and son Paul. You will not be disappointed here! 💓

::I love these guys. Stayed with them twice now, the first in one of the studios and the second in the guesthouse. Of course, they could do with some renovations in the guesthouse but honestly, all the basic things you need are there. The owners are the most friendliest people too. Definitely my favourite place to stay in Dunedin.

::Hubby & I stayed 1 night as I was having Surgery following morning. Owner was extremely friendly & made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely & spacious.

::These are the kindest people in the world. Truly caring and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed for the price. There are four separate buildings in the complex three newer nice buildings and an original ( older) guest house. The guest house does have a bit of... odor character? But the new buildings are very nice. The people who work here are straight up angels.
