  The unit was spotlessly clean and very reasonably priced. It's been a long time since we've stayed at a motel with such a high standard of cleanliness, at a good price and a very welcoming friendly motelier. We intend to bring the grandchildren back for a holiday in Rotorua and will definitely stay at the Santa Maria in their 3 bedroom unit.

  I do not recommend this place.. you pay for something and get something else. The management hides issues knowingly.. and so on..

  Lovely little place to stay, had a little back porch and the grounds are very nice, was pleasantly surprised. Was quiet in the room and clean, tidy, shower had great pressure, was a fan to use on hot nights, spa, pool and play area for kids. Little touches count here like door stops etc. Will be back as really enjoyed our stay.

  Great place good host clean close to redwoods, city centre a nice stroll other attractions all around this area very affordable at this motel
