  Fr ship you have to walk atleast 15 minutes to the seaview terminal. Then you can go to Wellington city by bus or rental car. I will take 20 minute to the city.

  Quiet and sheltered in most winds ,that's the little beach they have at the other end of the boat marina .

  A place for boaties, liveaboard, commercial or just for recreation. Great atmosphere. Burnsco close by with Compass Coffee next door, which makes great coffee, homemade pies and sausage rolls. They offer sitting outdoor or inside, best spot in the house is on the water pontoon, where you can see the seagulls fly or swim by. Watch the stingrays or just enjoy the view.
