  Was best quarantine centre in NZ sadly have closed. Awesome people running this facility

  From the beginning the communication was very difficult. The emails went unanswered for days. We had to follow up with a call every time we needed information. We did not get a quote and had no idea how much we would have to pay. No body bothered to let us know when the dog arrived and how it went. Yet again we had to call with an inquiry and received a short text. No updates were provided what's so ever, even when Lisa needed some paperwork we asked again how our dog was doing we received no answer (the dog was sent ahead and we haven't arrived yet thus couldn't visit). When we picked up the dog, he was fine, so I do think he was taken care of. But we have no idea how things went, what he was fed, how he was doing. Not more than a very general - everything was FINE.

  So helpful with getting our pets to New Zealand. Lisa was amazing.
