  Purchased my engagement ring from Shalla Jewellers. Impeccable customer service and felt like my ring was made especially for me - which it was! I chose the design/colour etc. and am very happy with it.

  Took in a ring to get sized, 22ct gold. The price of getting it repaired was $60, ring was re sized the same day. $60 was very reasonable, as the ring needed to go up about 4 sizes and it was 22ct gold. I had a ring sized at the gold ore the week before, which cost $80 and it was only 10ct gold. It took them 2 weeks to resize it, and they did not call me when it was done. I had to keep going in to enquire whether it had been resized. The level of service between the two jewellers is not comparable. Will definitely be going back to Shalla.
