  Spent a good hour in there yesterday talking to the guys in there, super friendly, knowledgable and customer service was great. They were more than happy to spend a good part of their day helping me out. Great range of vapes and e-liquid. Ended up buying a Smok Mag kit which they recommended and I'm more than happy with the product and at a decent price. Overall great experience. Cheers!

  Bad experience buying here. Came in with 3 friends, two with prior buying knowledge, expecting knowledge and a good experience, but was instead was faced with inexperienced staff, misleading information, and a product that we were unhappy with once we left the store. The store itself is very nice, having a decent range of products, good music, and somewhat decent prices. However when it comes to actually buying something, it's a whole different story. The first staff member we faced promised us a $70 vape pen that would be fully charged, include coils and 10ml of oil. Instead, the vape was actually $79 because "I didn't see the 9 sorry", which would've been fine in most circumstances, but then, through his own self-discovery, found out that the battery was an additional $20. This staff member then gave a poor and confusion demonstration on how to use the vape pen doing the same action multiple times, confusing himself and requiring assistance from the other member to get it assembled. It was like he was under the influence of marijuana. The other staff member there tried to sell us a $38 bottle of oil, which left us confused since the store had plastered all over "free 10ML of oil and carry case" which could have meant he was trying to trick us out of the included freebies. To top off this 30 min experience, the vape was not charged at all and required two hours of charging before we could use it properly. I have never been tempted to give a one star review before but overall it was a significantly unsatisfactory experience leaving us feeling ripped off. I recommend you do your shopping for vapes and e-cigarettes elsewhere.

  Guy serving us didn’t really seem to know what he was doing, and even tried selling us stuff that wasn’t worth the price. Was promised a full battery on the vape, but upon trying it out right after buying, there was absolutely no battery in it at all. Quite a rip-off to be honest.

  Best customer service and knowledgeable persons about vaping kits and eliquids. Shop got a very broad range of vaping products, eliquids, vaporizers. Person mohammed riz helped me to get good value for money vaping kit. Highly recommend Thanks once again

  Awful experience all 'round! Along with my vaper I was sold a set of coils that actually didn't fit. I only discovered this after a month (first using the two coils that came along with the vaper) and then tried to get them to actually give me a set of coils that worked. No such luck. Excuse after excuse. Stay away from these guys - buy on-line or from any of the other shops in Welly!
