Had an appointment today for eyelash extensions. First the appt was pushed back by 30 min as someone was sick, which is fine, it happens. But then i had to pay extra to have eye pads (which i've never had to before), then once eyelashes were added, told to wait a few seconds. The lady left the room and didn't come back. I sat there for over 20 minutes, eventually calling out, with no one anwsering. Eventually I had to take off the eyepads myself-which hurt because some of the eyelashes were stuck to them. Now I have quite wonky and patchy looking eyelashes. Not impressed at all. I would not go here.

First on checking our record, we sold through Grabone the following: $79 for 75 mins hot stone massage and back scrub. The products that we are selling include of Thalgo from France, Environ medical products from South Africa and Gehwol from Germany but nothing from China, Therefore, we just wonder the person who made the complaint had mixed up our place with some others. The massage bed we used is the largest size and special in New Zealand. We also put electrical blanket underneath to make sure the client feels warmth and comfortable. Besides, we also put extra disposal towel on the top of the clean towel for back scrub. Once the back scrub is done, we just remove the disposable towel. If the client is not happy with the towels , we definitely remove and change another clean set. We so far haven't received and complaint about the towel or bed. Before the massage is done, we start with cleansing the client's feet with hot towel. If the feet are dry, we then recommend the client to consider to take extra treatment or products for improving the condition as we are professional. It is purely our recommendation but we do not push the client to buy. During the process of massage. if the client tells us any area of the body feeling not comfortable, we just simply stop right away. If the client is not happy with the service or treatment, she definitely lodges complaint to our shop manager. Meanwhile, our team members are all probably trained, experienced and qualified beauty therapists. Nevertheless we have not received any such complaint. Besides , we also find exactly the same complaint message from other website. We just wonder the motive of the person who makes this complaint. If she really wants to improve the service or treatment of the shop where she is not happy, the positive way is to talk to the shop directly for the improvement rather than to spread the "one side" story complaint widely via different websites. Our shop has been running for more than 5 years in the heart of trending New Market. The Grabone is also one of the famous and successful corporates in New Zealand. Because of our goodwill and excellent services, we have been able to maintain partnership and co-operation with the Grabone for years. The mission of our shop is to provide excellent services, treatments and top brand products in the world to our clients. Therefore, we hope the person who made the complaint to contact us and to provide us exact details such as date and time etc. for our following up.

This was probably the worst massage I've ever had. The woman was nice and so for that reason I feel bad saying this, but the more the massage went on the more I realised that she was being nice purely as a sales tactic in order to get me to buy her crap after the massage. Also the massage consisted of her trying to sell me more services throughout the entire time. It was completely random and strange. I was poked and prodded in the stomach and back at random times so that i couldnt fully relax. The massage table was incredibly uncomfortable and the towels looked and felt like they had been used all day and not changed, however by this stage it was too late and I was half naked and actually lying within the towels and so basically I couldn't really do anything at that stage, if I asked her if they had been used at the beginning of the massage and requested to change them then that would have made for a very awkward 90 minutes afterwards. I was told that I needed to eat more white foods like chicken and white fish. Also that I had a soft skull due to being born during the spring time and that I had a lot of toxins in my feet which were travelling up to my brain and causing pains in my body. It all seemed incredibly logical and scientifically sound to me lol! The massage itself consisted of her rubbing a flat palm quite painfully all over my body with absolutely no technique, order or reasoning to it and with only one hand. I paid $79 for a 90 min session with a head and foot massage, body scrub and 1 hour massage. Instead I received a completely pathetic 55 minute job. After the massage I was really aggresively sold to, with crappy looking products from China that were about $100 a pop. Really....how this is on Grabone I am not sure and how this place is able to actually exist I am not sure. What happened is she's ultimately killing her own business due to a very obvious lack of care for what she's doing and a very obvious manipulative selling tactics - which anybody with an IQ over 80 will be able to see through.

I got eyelash extensions it would have being 5 stars if she didn't try keep selling me stuff, The lash extension's themselves are beautiful no clumping no stinging and hardly felt them going on she told me how to care for them after and was quite lovely even though she kept trying to sell me stuff haha.
