  The staff were friendly and room service was nice. It's a good convenient location to the city center. However, the room was a bit dated and the heating/cooling options were not the greatest (desk fan to cool, noisy heater).

  Great spa. Yet both my boys cut themselves on the old plug. Also my husband as a bad back and the beds are too soft so he was in pain. Itherwise good location. Friendly service and well equipped.

  Nice hotel. Large room. Large spa bath in bathroom but no separate shower. Free parking. 5 minute drive from centre of town. No dining room or restaurant attached. Continental breakfast served in room. Close to restaurants however.

  Had nice spa bath. Clean, well maintained and the staff were very nice.

  Loved our stay here. Right in the middle of town. Could park right next too the room, and it had a nice bathroom. Not specific to the Silver Fern, but the whole town smells like sulfer (rotten eggs/farts), just a heads up.
