  Would not recommend, poor quality and poor service. I brought a necklace from there, "coating" came off, was told it was my fault. After some negotiation was offered a replacement which I didn't want as believed the same problem would occur so asked if I could have a store credit or different product which was declined. Then when I agreed to a replacement was told I could only have it if I gave them back the faulty necklace, which I had paid $40 to be engraved with a personal message. They would not pay for the engraving of the new one or let me keep the engraving I had done. The assistant was very rude, almost smart in her responses, very disappointed
