  I have just tried phoning the pharmacy to make an enquiry about something and the person on the other end of the phone couldn't understand what I was saying, even though I was close to spelling it out, and they didn't speak very good English. If the person concerned didn't understand my plain English, then, I'm sorry, they should've got someone who did.
