  I don't understand the negative reviews here - the coffee is constantly superb, the food is reasonably priced and tasty, the staff are great and the atmosphere is very friendly, relaxing and welcoming. Big bonus for us is that it is dog friendly (outside only of course). Highly recommended!

  We have previously had coffees here and I would give them a 3.5 out of 5. Ok coffee with small/medium but the large coffee lacks flavour and are too milky. On our last visit we decided to get some food. My wife got a savoury scone. It was massive but had next to no taste. Very crumbly and a waste of time to eat as you could not butter it without it falling to bits. It did not really have any taste and was the worst scone I have ever tried. I got a mince and cheese pie. Pastry was tough and undercooked. Mince was flavourless and I did not finish it which is saying a lot as I would usually finish anything I pay for.

  Worst food and staff in the area! If you enjoy being served by dirty unwashed wait staff and not getting the food you asked for, then this is your place! Burnt milk in coffee and no chance of getting it made again without paying again. Wish a negative star review was possible.

  Nice quite spot away from the Richmond mall. Good coffee, the ice coffee was like a dessert, excellent for a sweet tooth

  One of my favourite cafés. Staff take the time to know your coffee order if you are a regular. Always friendly and welcoming.
