::Bad experience with a LG washing machine I purchased couple of months ago. The LG washing machine vibrated loudly and bounced up and down on the floor during spin cycle. To make the story short, with lots of effort of confronting the store manager for a refund under CGA. He finally gave me the refund for the washing machine minus installation cost etc. He said to me that I am not welcome to shop at Smith City anymore and I am not allowed to buy any LG products in the future. Who would want to go back to shop at Smith City anyway after being treated like a criminal?
