  I can not recommend smith City highly enough! I purchased a washing machine and really didn't like it one little bit. A week and 1/2 later I went back to Smith City to tell them what I didn't like about the machine (not really expecting them to be able to do anything ) they willingly swapped the machine to one the same as I had had previously, I just paid the difference. They even delivered and removed the recently purchased one at no extra cost. Thank you Linda Rivers and Smith City you went above and beyond.

  Ive been waiting for over 10 days for a Samsung galaxy tablet was supposed to only take three days to arrive.after many phone calls and store visits i still have nothing and don't know when it will actually show up.poor service, lots Of promises but stil a no show

  Friendly and helpful staff, some great special offers from time to time. Better laid out than most department stores. Low key staff- no high pressure sales talk. Relaxing shopping here.
