  Had to change an appointment time for a glass replacement and waited on the phone for 15 minutes only to find that the person answering (after getting my life history) couldn't book the new appointment. This company does not seem to understand customer service

  Failed wof with screen star crack. These techs assessed and repaired on the spot, sent me back to pass. Much appreciated that they were open about it possibly not working, rapt it did

  Have always had great service from this company, glass replacement too repairs. The front disk ladies very polite and helpful nothing a problem, service out the back excellent very professional A1 service all round THANKS.
