  We got asked if we wanted to sit inside or out we chose out. We were forgotten about, tried to catch the waitress but she kept on clearing tables, wasn't until another table grabbed her and told her we hadn't been served this was after 20/25 minutes of us sitting down. Food arrived fairly promt but olive oil from dip was rancid. Steak was asked to be medium it was well done. Waitress could only say i did ask it to be cooked medium a few times then only after we said chef needs to learn how to cook steak did she offer to send it back. Dining experience overall below average. Would not go back .

  Horrible, I felt sick after eating the mince on toast. Paid for a side of "traditional" sausages, which turned out to be cheap, precooked, cheese sausages. The owners were sitting at a table in the restaurant, with their stuff all over the table and their kids watching something. My mum paid for a coffee and never received it. When informed the owners still didnt seem to care. The background music was odd and kept being interrupted by ads (free streaming account?). This place was a mess, I don't eat out often and this reminded me why. SO DISAPPOINTED!

  I hope management read this so they realise how poorly their business is regarded by so many visitors. Service was uninformed (couldn't answer basic question on menu), my (so-called) fresh fish of the day was probably caught last year and had a cloying sauce smothered over it to disguise the taste. To top it all the decor was . . laughable. We only chose it as it offered FRESH fish !! Avoid.

  This is my first time reviewing a restaurant and our first time complaining about the meals to the staff... but it was THAT bad. Our family ordered rounds of salads which were all extremely disappointing to look at and to eat. Looked very unprofessional...cant state that enough! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The girls were lovely but the managers and chef were completely unsympathetic even when some of the food was inedible. We left food uneaten and went next door for dessert to make up for our disappointing dinner.

  Not recommended and am surprised they are still in business as there are other better places in Eat Street. Should have read the reviews on here first! We ordered our food and drinks and was informed it would be a 30 min wait on food. We accepted the wait time but wondered why as it was only a quarter full. After 45 mins of waiting and one hungry kid we asked the wait staff and was informed another 10 mins but no guarantee! We left. Wait staff were not proactive and seemed disinterested. Had to chase them up for a second drink. Other better choices in Eat Street.
