  We had a travel emergency in Munich Airport and rang their emergency line from the airline desk. Trista rang back in under a minute (5:00am NZ time) and sorted everything out including flight rearrangement and hotel. She turned a disaster with 2 crying kids into an adventure for them! We will definitely use Trista and her team again!
