  I purchased a Sonos system from Soundline last week. Soundline was the only stockest in Wellington who had the gear setup ready for us to listen to it. We made an appointment as we wanted to see how loud it went. It sounded great instore and just as good at home. It was easy to setup and run. We will be buying more Sonos gear from Soundline as more rooms are completed in our house. Isaac.

  Great experience buying a pair of speakers today. Darrin took his time setting them up for me with the appropriate amplifier. He also has a terrific technical knowledge as well. A pleasure to deal with.

  I have had 3 different interactions with the team at Soundline and I have to say, these guys are excellent to deal with. The first time was getting a new cartridge installed on my turntable as well as a new phono stage which made a huge difference to how good my vinyl sounds. The second was when a CD/DAC I had bought somewhere in the south island stopped working. Even though Soundline didn't sell the brand I had - they went the extra mile to get in touch with the people in Auckland that repaired that brand to see if it could be fixed and sent it off by courier to be looked at. This was in stark contrast to the place I bought it from that didn't seem to want to know about it. Since they were so good to deal with, I (sometime later) decided to get a replacement CD/DAC from them. Darrin took me through some solid options that fit the bill for me. I'm very happy with what I came away with which was a CD/DAC plus blu-ray player from OPPO. I have had dealings with both Darrin and Charles - both guys really know their stuff and are great guys to deal with!
