  I don't normally do reviews but this is warranted. I'm currently opening a cafe restaurant on a farm that is focused on families and community. Working with the Nelson branch of southern hospitality has been amazing. K1 is a fantastic rep, went above and beyond to make sure I could afford the important things so my first trade (soft opening) went well. Second, when I was in the store there was only two staff working. One a new member who was just learning and a lady on the phone. After about twenty minutes of browsing and talking to the new guy about items we were ready to pay and go. The whole time this lady had been on the phone dealing with some computer issue. At the counter we were working through the items and ordering things from the catalog, the new guy got a little flustered and the lady without missing a beat lowers the phone and in five words explains what I'm looking for and what page it's on to the new guy. Now to me it was all code but wow, I'm no amateur when it comes to multi tasking and customer service buy this lady Cary was amazing. She assisted the new guy, delt with the computer failure then took over and let the new guy serve other customers. Her professional attitude and knowledge of the company products and systems was impressive to say the least. Service even in a stressful situation was amazing. Thank you.

  When you really need something for your cafe, restaurant, and shop they usually will have it albeit at significantly higher prices than anywhere else!
