  Two staff helped me with my problem with my phone...one of them was incredibly helpful and was able to solve the issue, the other staff member made me feel it was my fault the phone was playing up and suggested ideas that had nothing to do with the problem.I felt like an idiot with her. Thank goodness for the really lovely staff member who made me feel welcome and special.

  The staff are always amazing and the location is easy to get to
