  Good service but had to wait for a while as there was only one staff member however another two appeared and cleared the backlog. To be fair a lot of people come in for help on apps and are not tech savvy. People this is not a help desk its a retail store. Going online to search for help for your problem is normally best to do first.

  Went to this store instead of the Plaza as I thought it would be quicker, but all I ended up doing was soaking up almost an hour and a half of air conditioning before being told they couldn't help despite Spark HQ saying they can. In this time the male spark representative did a lot of standing around, and only managed to serve one customer who seemed to have been there longer than me judging by his facial expression. On the other hand the female spark representative managed to fill a higher quota, this being two people (I'm only assuming she managed to help the second person, I ended up leaving before they had finished their chat). I'll be going to the Spark in the Plaza next time.

  People there try to be helpfully but need more training to educate people like me that don't know it all about technology. Went to the plaza spark and the gentleman that helped me was fantastic really understanding
