  I was quite disappointed by the service unfortunately, the person I dealt with seemed extremely disinterested, had barely any product knowledge, was generally unhelpful and severely lacked people skills. The staff came across as unwelcoming. Maybe additional training could be required? It seemed like the employees present didn't realise that essentially what they do is retail and they by rights should be approachable, knowledgeable and customer focused.

  Phone support is non existent oriental floor girl was not interested if the phone was not purchased from their store, she even wanted to send a Spark customer to 2degrees across the arcade just to rid herself of having to deal with me. Avoid this place if you want any inkling of service

  Excelente atención y muy buen servicio. La atención es muy eficiente y los servicios ofrecidos son de gran calidad. Contratamos plan telefónico y banda ancha. Totalmente recomendable.
