  20 mins in a store with more staff than customers before getting served despite approaching two staff. Customer service= poor

  Don't bother calling, they don't answer or call you back. Useless!!

  I have a work mobile through Spark. Unfortunately the Porirua Store is the closest to my work place. I had terrible dealings with the store when my phone was up for renewal so already have a bad opinion of the place. I have called the Porirua Store 6 times today so far to ask if they have a particular item in stock. Not once has the phone been answered. Everytime to an answer machine. Now I haven't left a message following my last dealings with this store,2 were not replyed to over a 6 day period. Not very good service at all and it seems nothing has changed. I had to click at least one star so this would post but its not my true rating...........

  it has been reliable but it only runs at 6-7mbps when it is suppose to be 10mbps on my plain. there customer support rubbish but that’s kinda normal for big ISPs.
