  called 10 times today no answer at all your a phone store how can you not answer your phone ????

  Although there was a wait, it was well managed by a staff member taking my name and putting me in the queue. The advice was spot on, and I decided to buy a new phone. 3 days later there was a deal on the phone so i went back in and they honoured it. Very happy customer.

  I was lied too then robed of my money!!. After being consulted about my requirements and not needing a contract. I was told various things which lead me to also buying an extra sd card. later on in the day I found I was sold a phone that does not have enough storage space, to download and run its own standard operating system or updates. A week later I returned. They then refuse me to be able to up grade with my own money!. Too top it off they denied me a refund for a phone that was sold under false pretenses an not fit for purpose. At this point I left the store and am now seeking legal assistance.
