::My boy changed his plan from post pay to prepay and they did it straight away without informing him of billing cycle and he will be still paying for service he won't receive plus needs pay for prepay. He didn't ask for immediate transition. No warnings given. Then no offer to reconcile the difference or anything. Buyer beware. They do this for a living so should know what important questions to ask before wasting the customer $40+ for nothing!
