::Hi Me and my friends always used to visit your restaurant and yesterday I would like to share with you after finish our meal we went to counter for a glass of water and your representative girl name BHARTI’S said I never give glass of water to anyone, suddenly master chef came out and he said politely to us I’ll give you water then that girl served glass of water to us. Which is really disgusting moments for a customer I am really thankful to chef who maintain your hospitality👍. Kindly change your front staff or warn for better service. Thanks

::I purchased veg masala, take was really good. Quality and quantity was way better than expected. Good service, could not expect more at busy lunch hour. Will come again!! One suggestion to the management, keep curries warmer than what is now so will stay warmer till its consumed.

::I visited spice of india (19 sept,2017),it was like the worst experience of customer service and food for me.The food was missing some ingredients which made it tasteless,so i went to say her to add that things.I am working in same profession so am very well aware of quality customer service. I went to report but the lady on the counter was like so rude.She argued badly with no apology,that's the first mistake and then another customer came, she just went to deal him. That's the second mistake. After that she said I will make a new one for you.I got convinced but she went to her colleague and said it's just six dollars and girl is creating issue and said it's senseless.she talked like she doesnt care about the customers satisfaction. I was shocked that how she is saying these words for a customer.It's not a matter of six dollars, it's about customer service, customer satisfaction and professionalism.I was disappointed badly and for sure will never visit again.
