  The kiwibank ATM by the door has been out of service for like a week now and no seem to care!!!

  Terribly slow and disappointing service. I’m heavily pregnant and had to stand in a queue for nearly half an hour while 2 tellers spent that entire time with the same 2 customers! Then once one of them was done she closed her counter and left me standing there without a word.

  my first review gotta go with St Lukes Kiwibank. really helpful and warm staff there, try every possible way to fix my problem and answer my questions patiently.
