  This is way beyond bad service... they have no service at all. I went in to enquire about travel package around asia for 5 weeks. Once I walked in, I was not greeted by anybody (there were only 2 person in there at that time) and eventually the pink haired lady ask me "you want something?". I left after that wishing that i never walked in their store. Not sure how they remain in the business.
